JUNGLENODE / LEGAL CENTRE
Acceptable use policy
Use the platform lawfully
Use only software, content and data you are entitled to host. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malicious software, phishing, fraud, non-consensual intimate material, child sexual abuse material, unlawful threats, or deliberate attacks on another system. Do not use the platform to evade another person’s legal rights.
Protect other users and the infrastructure
Do not launch denial-of-service attacks, scan or test systems without permission, send unsolicited bulk communications, distribute stolen credentials, interfere with another customer, or try to bypass account/resource limits. Security research requires prior agreement about the target, scope and timing.
Resource allocations and permitted workloads are defined by your plan. Cryptocurrency mining, high-risk public proxies or unusually intensive workloads must be expressly agreed if offered. Ordinary legitimate use within your agreed allocation is not automatically abuse.
Your content and personal information
You remain responsible for the rights and lawful basis required for your hosted material. Where you process personal data for others, a suitable data-processing agreement and instructions may be needed. Do not store or expose passwords, API keys or other secrets in public files.
Reports, investigation and proportionate action
Report suspected abuse through the support centre, identifying the affected service and relevant evidence without spreading illegal content. We may investigate, preserve evidence where lawful, restrict a specific activity, or suspend a service where necessary. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to restore service.
Immediate action may be required for serious harm, an active attack or a legal direction. Restrictions should be proportionate and reviewed. You may ask support to reconsider a decision. We do not promise to inspect every item customers upload, and will only disclose information where there is a lawful basis.
Relationship to your other rights
This policy supplements the agreed service description and terms. It does not authorise arbitrary confiscation of prepaid fees or remove statutory refunds, complaint rights or data-protection rights.
