By purchasing, accessing, or using any service from Junglenode ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Junglenode provides game server hosting (including Minecraft), Discord bot hosting, and related infrastructure services. Service specifications (RAM, CPU, disk) are as described on the relevant plan page at time of purchase.
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Invoices are generated in advance of each billing period. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of the associated service.
New services purchased for the first time are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, at our discretion, provided the service has not been subject to abuse. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
You may not use our services to host, transmit, or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights, nor to conduct denial-of-service attacks, spam, or other abusive network activity. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
We target 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
Junglenode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of data. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups in addition to any backups we provide.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
