When you create an account or place an order, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and billing details. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We use your information to provision and manage your services, process payments, respond to support requests, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share data with third-party providers strictly as needed to operate our services: Stripe for payment processing, and our Pterodactyl-based game panel infrastructure for server provisioning.
We use a session cookie required to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and tax obligations thereafter.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by contacting us at the address below, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
