Terms of Service

1. Service Description

JungleNode Ltd ("JungleNode", "we", "us") provides game server hosting, web hosting, VPS/dedicated server, and domain registration services from UK datacenters. By purchasing or using any JungleNode service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it up to date.

3. Payment & Billing

Services are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the billing cycle selected at purchase. Payment is due on the invoice date. If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the associated service may be suspended until payment is made. Repeated late payment may result in service termination.

4. Acceptable Use

All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination without refund, depending on severity.

5. Service Level & Uptime

We target 99.9% network uptime across our UK nodes, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (which are announced at least 24 hours in advance) and events outside our reasonable control. Full uptime commitments and service credits are set out in our Service Level Agreement.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel any service at any time from your client area. New purchases are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within 14 days. Renewal payments are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future billing at any point.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JungleNode's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
