Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use JungleNode services to host, distribute, or transmit illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Network Abuse & DDoS Attacks

Using our network to launch outbound DDoS attacks, port scans, or other network abuse against third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

3. Resource Abuse

Cryptocurrency mining, running unrelated background processes to consume shared resources, or any activity intended to circumvent plan resource limits is not permitted outside of dedicated/bare metal plans explicitly purchased for that purpose.

4. Game Server Specific Rules

Game servers may not be used to distribute cheats, cracked/pirated game files, or content that violates the terms of the game's publisher. Servers found doing so will be suspended pending review.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a JungleNode-hosted service is violating this policy, open a report via our support channels with as much detail as possible. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

6. Enforcement

Minor first-time violations typically receive a warning. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, at our discretion.
