Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, billing address), payment details (processed by our payment provider, never stored on our servers), and support ticket content you submit to us. We also log the IP address and browser/device information (user agent) associated with account logins and registration, for account security, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used to provision and manage your services, process payments, respond to support requests, and send essential service notifications such as renewal reminders and maintenance windows.

3. Data Storage & UK GDPR Compliance

Our game hosting is located in the UK. External services used for payments, account integrations and site delivery may process information outside the UK; UK game-server location alone does not mean that all account data stays in the UK.

4. Third-Party Processors

The site integrates Stripe for payments, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Google Fonts for font delivery, and Discord where you choose to link your account. These providers receive information needed for the features you use and may act under their own privacy policies. We also use hosting and network providers to deliver the service.

5. Data Retention

Account and billing records are retained for 6 years after account closure to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Support ticket content is deleted 24 months after the ticket is closed. Login/security event records (IP address, browser/device information) are retained for 12 months for security purposes, then deleted.

6. Cookies

We use two cookies, both strictly necessary to run the service — neither is used for advertising or tracking, so under UK PECR they don't require opt-in consent, only this notice:

  • PHPSESSID — your login session, deleted when the session ends or expires.
  • jn_remember — an optional "remember me" token, only set if you tick that box at login, so you can stay signed in between visits.

Optional first-party analytics runs only if you choose “Accept analytics”. It records page paths, referral and campaign information, device category, screen width, automated-browser signals and time on the page. Your choice is stored in your browser as jn_analytics_consent. Choose “Privacy choices” on any page to change or withdraw permission. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using your account.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To request a full export of your account data, or to request account deletion, open a support ticket from your client area or email us — we action verified requests within one month, as required by law.

8. Contact

JungleNode Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed under this policy. For any privacy-related request, open a ticket from your client area or contact us via the support channels listed on our site. If you're unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
